Focus Areas
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
ADHD affects focus, impulse control, and organization, challenging teens in school and relationships. My therapy sessions use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and stress management to build tools like time management and positive routines, empowering teens to boost confidence, harness strengths, and manage ADHD effectively in daily life.

Self-Esteem
Low self-esteem can hinder teens’ friendships, school performance, and overall well-being. In our therapy sessions I incorporate CBT and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to help teens overcome negative self-beliefs, recognize their strengths, and nurture self-compassion. The aim is to build confidence, enhance self-worth, and support teens in thriving in all areas of life.
Anxiety
Anxiety is common in teens, fueled by school, friendships, and family pressures. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), stress management, and relaxation techniques, therapy empowers teens to recognize triggers, reframe anxious thoughts, and develop calm, measured responses. This approach fosters resilience, empowering teens to face challenges with confidence and control.

Stress Management
Stress Management sessions help teens identify sources of stress and build healthy coping strategies. Together, we explore triggers and develop personalized tools like relaxation techniques, time management, and grounding exercises. By learning balanced stress-handling skills, teens gain confidence in navigating school, social pressures, and family expectations, fostering resilience and lifelong well-being.
